Offering the People of God a Concrete Way to Put Their Faith Into Action

The Lincoln/Lancaster County Habitat for Humanity seeks to demonstrate God's love in action and our faithful concern for our community by being a channel for the religious community and all people of good will through which all families might live in God's love and in the safety of their own homes. 

Habitat is a partnership founded on common ground - bridging theological differences by putting love into action.  Everyone can use a hammer as an instrument of God's love.  As we focus on working together to build a house, we realize our similarities are more important than our differences.  We are blessed to work with so many partners in faith, Lancaster County churches, temples, and coalitions of diverse faith groups, in putting their faith and love into action.
